The NCA Resident Course was less product-specific than the Gum Course.
Eileen (and Bruce) really misses working for NCA. What a fun job, right? Bruce did go to the University of Madison in Wisconsin for one of these courses; it may have been this one, but he was probably riding a rented bicycle around the lake there.
