We knew before we even moved into this house that we'd want the basement finished. Before it was finished, it was almost like being in an airplane hangar.
We struck a contract with Cozette Homes, owned by Zeb Comer, whose kids went to school with ours. The floorplan was based on Bruce's original design, but he worked with Zeb on the details and we were (and still are) thrilled with the results!
