The Day David officially became an adult....so they say.
Of course, a bar/bat mitzvah is a big deal, almost like a wedding. So we invited all our Jewish family and friends to the big celebration. What did David want that was special? To ride the Zamboni (ice rink shaving) machine at the Ashburn, VA, ice rink, where everyone (who cared to) went after brunch at Cafe Monmarte, Lake Anne, Reston, VA.
