During this trip to visit Rachel in her new "home" at St. Mary's Home in Norfolk, VA, we got to see the new facility in Kempsville under construction.
You can see the decrepit conditions at the convent. The new facility would eventually open in 2005. But it looks like this mainly turned into a trip to the zoo, which all three kids really enjoyed.
