Rachel's birthday used to mean we'd take her out to dinner somewhere.
It looks like this restaurant is DC Chase's, which sadly closed in 2026. Looks like Andrew is enjoying is favorite (only) restaurant cuisine (at the time), chicken fingers and fries. Later in the visit, we gave Rachel some popcorn, a snack the staff at St. Mary's could not feed her. But we knew better. She loves popcorn! And birthday cupcakes!
